Public transit can feel routine, until it turns dangerous. In our Bus/Muni Self-Defense Scenario,

you’ll train for sudden violence in one of the most confined and chaotic environments: a

crowded city bus or train. Whether it's an aggressive passenger, a robbery in motion, or a

targeted assault, you'll learn how to stay sharp, react fast, and fight smart in tight quarters with

limited mobility.

This scenario challenges you to defend yourself while seated or standing, maintain control in a

moving vehicle, use barriers like poles and seats for tactical advantage, and protect others

without escalating risk. It’s designed for commuters, students, and anyone who rides SF’s public

transportation system.
